I'm Scott — a Creative Director who's spent the last 20-plus years convincing B2B tech brands that "complicated" and "compelling" aren't mutually exclusive. I've led creative teams across continents, made cybersecurity and data platforms feel like things people actually want to look at, and picked up a few business-y awards along the way.

 

But the thing I hear most from people I've worked with isn't about the awards — it's that the team culture was the best part of the job. That's not an accident. I lead with humor, coach harder than I manage, and genuinely believe the best creative work comes from people who aren't afraid to be wrong out loud. I'm also an early, enthusiastic adopter of AI in the creative process — not to replace the thinking or the craft, just to get to more of it, faster.
